My 147 Panels are getting from bad to worse..... black sticky paint all over.

Any good suggestion to resolve this?

Get them resprayed or take the opportunity to do a carbon sticker wrap? saw a motorcycle gas tank getting wrapped in carbon-like sticker. looked good.

buy the nail polish cleaner, apply this on a cloth and rub down on the sticky plastic and you should have them cleaned and good to go. the coating layer on these plastic melt over time in our climate.

If you want a nice good quality carbon laminate then it would be Robson Designs. otherwise most of the decal dealers now use the 3M car decal which has a CF-like finish.

cost is around 1030k
you can see mine done at http://www.robson-design.com/products.htm under alfa romeo
total is 16pcs (all 4 doors), excluding the 4 panels that controls the windows up/down.
the panels were changed before sending to robson. they are direct replacement cubic printing ones.
so you can see the contrast between them and the robson from the picture.
nevertheless, no more sticky sticky is the objective. :P
think to change the cubic printing ones to same as robson's will be another 350 around there.
they do protrude a bit as the wrap is quite thick.

I cleaned my own GTA - albeit a bit more work. Can show you but do bring your car and cleaner and cloth too.
