anyone has any past experiences to share, with regards to C.T Auto? pls share.

I have very bad experiences with them over the past few years. A lot of wasted trips and frustrations and shunning of responsibilities. Overall, I find that their practices questionable. If I were you, i will go elsewhere....

im still waiting for some kind of explination.. but i don't think i'll get any thing satisfactory justification(s)...

I would very much love to go else where.. but i still have an outstanding job which was actually paid for already.. cant bear to part with the extra $$ to fix something on my own accord..

I will wanna see how much 'sincerity' they have....and be taught a lesson to do an honest day job for customers to make a living, instead of having shady CMIs who recommended all the useless repairs/or repairs that they never do but claim that they did and still insist i pay!

Will keep u updated once i settle my score with them....which shd be before 10th of this month. Taking customer for granted, trying to pull a fast one by swopping in non-original parts, and charging for items they never repair. Given them more than 1 chance liao...now they will pay for their nonsense!

Going to CASE to get them black listed as well...
