History
Over the years, Singapore has seen various groups and enthusiast with the passion for Alfa Romeo cars. They have managed to set-up and form these groups but suffered difficulties and thus collapsed with time.
The Club was set-up as a passion and enthusiast objectives club by Alfa Romeo Owners and enthusiasts back in Aug 2000 and that passion leads us to where we are today.
From a handful band of 8 owners, we have grown to some 260 members over the years that made our grouping legally difficult to manage and pose infringement to the Law. Hence the direction was set to have the legal registration executed.
We are indeed thankful for the support and recognition accorded by the local Alfa Romeo distributor - EuroAutomobile Pte Ltd (previously Massa Motor, then Massa Auto) and the manufacturer - FIAT Auto SpA (Alfa Romeo) to enable the Club to forge ahead.
Club’s Objectives
The Club was set-up with the following objectives and vision to develop ourselves into the future.
1. To provide information, feedback, advise and assistance to members on car maintenance and restoration.
2. To organize various sporting events, lectures, treasure hunts, social activities, etc. for members and their families.
3. To develop and print newsletter relating to the society activities and events for members only circulation.
4. To affiliate, cooperate or associate with other registered clubs in and outside the country sharing same objectives and interests.
5. The Club may from time to time attend to public forums or feedback discussions with the authorities to promote road safety and improvements to motoring regulations in Singapore.
